COVID-19 Health & Safety
Policies and Procedures

At winterfalksomm.com our number one priority is providing a safe and healthy environment for our guests, employees, and community on all our tours. To ensure this, we have the following policies about tour safety.

THE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT:

The Week Prior To Your Tour Date, guests on ALL E!FLX driving tours will be required to either:

Send in proof of having been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at least two weeks prior to the date of your tour
or
Send in proof of negative/undetected results to a COVID-19 test that was taken within 2 days of the date of your tour

We adhere to advisories for mask wearing put forth by the Tompkins County Health Department. The county bases its decision on “community level” metrics.  You can visit the Tompkins County Health Department website (https://www.tompkinscountyny.gov/health) see if there are any current advisories.  If a mask advisory is issued, we will notify guests on upcoming tours to the requirement of wearing face coverings while inside and not eating.

No matter the level of COVID-19 in our community, people can always choose to wear a mask based on personal preference informed by personal level of risk.

We are committed to keeping our guests, employees, and community as safe as possible.  However, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious viral disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By booking a tour or event with winterfalksomm.com, guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and sign an Assumption of Risk Waiver before embarking on any of offered tours.

These policies and procedures are subject to change based on the evolving guidelines put forth by the CDC and the State of New York.
