Wine Pairing Reception
The most informal of Laura’s in-person experiences is our Finger Lakes Artisan Beverage and local food pairing reception*. In this format, we set up one or more pairing stations set up with your selections of wine, beer, cider, or spirits paired with cheese, chocolate, charcuterie, or artisan bites. Guests go from station to station and receive guided “bite-sized info” about the producers, the pairings, why they were chosen, and why they taste so delicious together. Group size can be as small as 20 people or over 100.
Receptions can take place in your home, accommodation or requested event space. Regions and cities serviced include Finger Lakes, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, Buffalo Metro NYC, DC and Philadelphia. For regions outside the Finger Lakes/Rochester area, travel fees apply.
*Wines from other world wine regions can be substituted for Finger Lakes selections for more international flair.
