Sommelier and wine instructor Laura Winter Falk has invited special guest Chef Samantha Buyskes to the Coltivare Demonstration Amphitheater for a special evening featuring the flavors of Peru.
In early June, Chef Samantha embarked on a life-changing trek along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, the 15th Century Inca Citadel located in souther Peru.
Having brought back with her traditional Peruvian foods and spices, Samantha will present a 3-course Peruvian demonstration dinner that was taught to her by Chef Hector Aguillar Valle. Discover foods, traditions, and culture dating back 600 years. Sommelier Laura has purveyed Peruvian wines that have been specifically selected to pair with Samantha’s recreations.
