Mark your special weekend with a truly spectacular evening – a unique cultural spin on finer dining in an casual yet intimate setting.
On Saturday, May 28th the Hound & Mare will transform into an energizing yet intimate Tapas Bar featuring authentic Spanish tapas and wine. Chef Scott Riesenberger, has created an inspired menu of Spanish Tapas that is rooted in tradition, but features a unique take on classic dishes. Sommelier Laura Winter Falk will pair the tapas with classic Spanish wines that celebrate the flavors and traditions of the Spanish culture.
Dinner will be served Family Style with tapas and wine coming out in courses. Paired non-alcoholic beverages are available for those who are under 21 or do not wish to drink wine.

The evening will consist of two seatings of a total of 24 guests each.
The tapas tradition is about bringing people together. In recognition of this special weekend of bringing people together to celebrate, we will offer reservations only in tables of 4 or tables of 6.
First seating will be 5:00 . Second seating will be at 7:30
Second seating will not be opened for booking until the first seating is filled.
