Chef Kuukua Yomekpe will cook up 5 tantalizing plant-based west African bites that represent world cuisine and ingredients that are capturing the attention of foodies and those looking for new exciting food experiences.
Sommelier Laura Winter Falk will pair these creations with Finger Lakes wines that showcase what is all the rage in the current wine and beverage scene, such pet nat, orange wine, lower or no- alcohol crafted beverages, and dry rosé.
